LCSW Supervision- Texas

Welcome to the next chapter

If you’re reading this, you’re likely an LMSW thinking about taking the leap toward becoming an LCSW. Let me tell you — I know how overwhelming that can feel. I remember when a colleague first encouraged me to join her supervision group. Two years commitment? And the investment of cost? It felt long, expensive, and honestly — a little intimidating.

I was lucky to have a colleague who pushed me to start because many social workers wait… And then wait a little more… And bam! It’s been 10 years.

Fast forward two years… I became an LCSW. Eventually, I earned my LCSW-Supervisor credential, built a thriving private practice, and started traveling the world. I feel incredibly proud of the letters after my name—not just for what they represent professionally, but for the confidence, clarity, and freedom they’ve given me.

A rooted, engaging program

This program isn’t just about checking off supervision hours. This program is for LMSWs who want mentorship that’s grounded, supportive, and truly expansive — the kind that builds not just your clinical skills, but also your confidence as you grow into the clinician you’re becoming.

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I bring both structure and flexibility — because I know that real growth happens when you’re supported and challenged. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you build something sustainable — clinically, professionally, and personally.

Why learn from me?

I’ll help you sharpen your clinical judgment, maintain meaningful boundaries, and grow a career that truly supports both you and your clients. My role as a supervisor is to walk beside you as you build a practice and/or a professional identity you can be proud of.
